Mold Inspection $499
+ Air-Quality & Surface Sampling $95 each-
MOLD INSPECTION & REPORT: $499 for Inspection Fee for time on-site, visual inspection, sample collection and completion of report

Mold & Water Intrusion Assessment: A thorough physical inspection of your home conducted by our Certified Mold Inspectors.

Mold Sampling: During the inspection, we will recommend the type and number of mold tests needed to properly assess your home.

Collection of samples by the inspector, to be analyzed by a fully independent lab unaffiliated with Pacific Mold Pros.

Clear, Actionable Mold Inspection Report: You’ll receive a concise, easy-to-understand written report (typically 1–2 pages) that explains your lab results and inspection findings in plain language. The report summarizes the types and relative quantities of mold identified in samples collected from your home or building and provides context on what those findings mean.

Please note: mold tests are not included in the $499 inspection & sampling fee, and each test has an additional cost.

The ERMI (Environmental Relative Moldiness Index) test analyzes dust samples to measure levels for 36 types of mold and assess indoor air quality based on a standardized mold score.
